You sent the wrong color rug twice! Your bar codes are incorrect! I had ordered the Sand color twice!

Beautiful but doesn’t hold up

This rug sheds terribly and had started to come apart on the corner and one edge. I have had it less than a year in an area that is not high traffic.

Shedding is a common characteristic of many rugs, we recommend use of a low suction vacuum on bare floor setting as to not exacerbate this. FLAWED AND POOR QUALITY

I ordered the 7'9"x10'10" and runner. Both rugs had major flaws The larger rug was folded and sent in a box that was unmanageable, not to mention destroyed when I received it. Apparently, these items were sent directly from the manufacturer and can't be returned to a Macys store. Macys was kind enough to help me send these back after I got them to the store. Extremely poor quality for the huge price tag. Beware!
