Terrible customer service

I got the wrong rug delivered to me, customer service at macys ensured me that the correct rug will be resent to me but I had to drop the wrong one off at UPS. Took then 3 weeks to process the return and they didnt even send me the right rug. Terrible customer service & incompetent staff. Not buying from Macys ever again!

Excellent product

We love the rug, there is more color than appears online. It is a rich looking rug and adds richness to room. We are happy with product. We are disappointed the product was left in our walkway. We were home, delivery did not ring doorbell.
