It runs short
When I put this belt next to another 34 inch belt I have, it was about a half inch shorter.
2 sizes too small concur
Nice belt that doesn’t fit. Concur with other reviews. 40 would fit a 36 maybe.
2 sizes too small. Macy's exchange policy is bad
The belt runs extremely small. How can a size 34 waist run small? I'd say 1.5-2 sizes too small. I fit in a size 32 belt, but like to wear size 34 belts. This size 34 belt fits tighter than my size 32 belts. Then, Macy's exchange policy will not honor the sale price I paid for an item that was falsely advertised. This is NOT a size 34 belt. Macys should honor the price I paid and exchange the belt for the appropriate size.

Nice belt. The tan loop on the navy belt allows for the belt to be worn with complementing shoes. True to size.
