Received different product
I was used to with origin Ginzing energizing gel cream but they send me different products, I need what I placed order , how could be employee who is responsible for packaging is not responsible for his work, I never expected this kind of service from Macy’s, I was way this moisturizing gel cream so long but received different products, I want product what I placed ordered, I don’t want to use this product , could you please check my order list what I placed order and what you sent to my address, and sant that product to my place, I am genuine customer , never complain about anything, even sometimes you send me used shoes, without writing complaints I return, to return I have to go one hour drive , Macy’s is far from my place, this is hike of negligence, this time is really unacceptable , the reason behind giving one star is for service they are providing but for my skin products is good, no breakout for sensitive skin

Wonderful moisturizer
Just a little of this wonderfully scented moisturizer will keep your skin happy. It's not oily and feels good on my face. Like any Origin product I've tried, highly recommend.
A reliable and perfect formulation.
I've been using this for decades. It works and it smells like the California sun. Its versitile too. My husband has oily skin and I have very sensitive skin. Its kept us beautiful and glowing and we will never stop using it.
Different product than what i expected
I don’t know what origins is up to but I am very disappointed. For years I have been an origins customer and purchased ultra hydrating moisturizer. In the last two months, I have been to the Macy’s store at Delamo and there has never been anyone at the origins counter. When I question another sales person they say oh she was there earlier. I’ve gone afternoons mornings and never anyone there. Since that product is owned by ST I’ve gone to the SD counters and the sales people there have tried to help me, but they weren’t sure what was going on either. Finally, one of them said she believed it was being rebranded and new packaging. But as we compared to the sample origins that is on view with the new repackaged supposed to be the same product they don’t even smell the same. I am very disappointed.
Don't buy if you have allergies
I used to love this moisturiser but since they've changed the formulation I've had a horrible reaction: swollen, itchy painful eyes. After weeks of going backwards and forwards to the doctors I realised it was my moisturiser and discovered that niacinamide causes a histamine reaction in people who have allergies. Such a shame as I loved the previous formulation, and it's not exactly cheap either.

New formula is awful. Old formula was perfect.
They have changed from the oil-free formula which was the best moisturiser I have ever used in my life. This new formula is abysmal. When will the old formula be coming back???
