Macys lost my order

I wish I could say it was great but I never got to try it. They sent my order through a DoorDash carrier and they said it couldn’t be delivered and sent it back to the store. They wouldn’t resend it for me to pick up at a store so I just got a refund. I didn’t want to risk it being non deliverable again.
