I didn’t receive both necklaces

I didn’t receive the two necklaces that they were supposed to send me. I made a call as soon as I open the package letting them know about the situation. The necklace it was not in a Macy’s package as they usually are, but rather it was in a regular UPS package. However, Macy’s immediately sent an email to me saying that my case has been denied, then I checked the picture that the UPS person sent as a proof that the order has been shipped, but somehow the picture just shows the person’s shoes. I hope macys sends the other necklace
