This Case is a Work Horse
This case is working well for me. It’s tough and slip resistant and has not fallen from a surface, unlike other Apple iPhone cases I’ve had.

Bad seal at the Capture Button
Mine doesn't seat correctly on the outer edge at the Capture Button. The outer case pulls away from the inner case constantly. This doesn't seem to be as good a quality as Otterbox used to be.

Not Otterbox quality that I am used to.
The case is too big, I have to constantly take it apart at the bottom to get to the charging port. The case just does not fit right at all. I have bought Otter Box cases for all of my phones and this is the only one that hasn’t been of great quality.

Cover broke my screen
I’ve been an otter box fan on my I phone 5,XR, now on my new 16 ,but a design flaw has a small bit of plastic sticking out by the clip and it pushed against the screen and broke it.

Right out of the box this model doesn’t feel like an Otterbox. For 25 years I’ve had an Otterbox case protecting every iPhone I’ve ever owned so I know what it feels like to hold an Otterbox. The quality was off in the design and the materials were too lightweight. It lasted one week and the back cover started cracking. Thankfully Otterbox has always had the best warranty coverage of anyone out there and that’s why I’ve been with them for 25 years. They always make it right.
