Disappointed

I love how fast the charging is but my block has broken already. One of the prongs separated from the block while trying to unplug it

Doesn't work as it should.

My product will not charge items from the type C ports. I was trying to work through the warranty process for a new one to be sent, but have been unsuccessful as of yet. They want pictures of the item, but pictures do not show the issue.
