Deceptive advertisement

Coat was fine! It was advertised as having a removable hood but it doesn't Macys offered a $25 credit but it will cost more than that to have the hood removed and will not give me the option of using the hood or not! Macys rep did not seem to be concerned about the deceptive advertisement involved!
