never received it

I never received it. they keep telling me that the company had to do something about it. but again no one emailed me at all. I keep calling and telling me the same old thing again. so basically I pay for something I Never Received. I wouldn't recommend this product at all. You get tired of calling of the same old thing no one will do anything about it
