Well Thought Out

Got this for my husband as an additional Christmas gift to go with the pasta maker. Was surprised at the thought that went into engineering it. It folds up very compactly and has a rod to help you get the pasta onto the drying rack. This is ingenious! The small rod is beveled on the bottom and fits securely on the rack allowing you to very easily transfer the pasta from the rod to the rack with no product loss! I am very impressed.
