No more cuts

I was using a pairing knife and cut my hand. Decided to use this tool instead. My friend has this and it works great.

Useful gadget

Multifunction tool works great for preparing avocados: cutting open, removing the pit, scooping out the flesh and slicing it at the same time. Of course, it works best with fruits that are ripe but firm.

Great with ripe avocado

I like this product. I tried it once with a non ripe avocado and it didn’t work very well. However I would say that was on me. With a ripe avocado, this works great. It was also very easy to clean and it was easy to use. I wasn’t worried about the safety.

Somewhat Disappointed

The large cutting blade and the pit remover work great, but the parallel blades intended to cut the avocado into slices tend to mash the avocado rather than result in cleanly-cut slides -- rather disappointing.

All-in-one is always great.

This is my second purchase of this slicer. My daughter loves her avocados, so I got her one a while back. I recently purchased one for myself based on her recommendation. Worth the price if you like avocados.

Difficult to use

This tool takes up slot of drawer real estate. I have tried using it a few times with poor results and reverted back to using a knife to cut my avocados. I don’t recommend it. Difficult to wash also.
