It’s ok

It only works if the liquid you have is a lot and have a lot of fat, the idea is great but the spout at the jar is quite big so you have to stop pouring before reaching the fat. I would like it more if it was made out of glass

Holiday Super Hero

This is a must have for any gravy, stew, braise, or stock. I deglazed the turkey roasting pan, poured all the juice in here, and less than 2 minutes later all the fat had separated to the top. I used the fat on top to make a roux and had thanksgiving gravy ready in about 5 min.

Love this.

I love using this during holiday meals. It makes it so easy to use the broth from the turkey to make a gravy. It takes any pieces out of the broth as you pour it in. Then after a few minutes you can easily put the good broth into your pan and leave the fat out. Love this tool.

What every kitchen needs

The product works as advertised. I like that I am able to filter out the ingredients I don’t want from the broth that I do. Cleaning is so easy. I love that it’s dishwasher safe and microwave safe
