I finally used this yesterday to make cabbage salad with miso ginger dressing. I am impressed how sharp the blade and how my cabbage came out just the way I like them. You don’t have to put a lot of effort coz the blade are sharp. it’s absolutely a fantastic addition to my kitchen tools to make my various varieties of cabbage salads. I highly recommend them! love my salads
