Loving the pour spouts!!

Overall, this ladle is of great quality, has a nice weight to it, and has a very comfortable handle. I believe it will stand the test of time, with proper care and use. However, aside from its excellent quality, the main thing I love about this ladle are the pour spouts! They are a game changer! There is one on either side of the ladle’s bowl, which allows for easy pouring for both left- and right-handed users. It also makes pouring out the ladle’s contents so easy and essentially mess-free. While this ladle is great for a wide range of uses, I personally love using mine to pour equal amounts of batter, for things such as pancakes. It works so much better than any batter dispenser I’ve tried, and it is so much tidier than using the old fashioned measuring cup method. I highly recommend.

The Only Ladle You Will Need

I was in need of a ladle for quite sometime and this was a godsend! UTILITY - I tried the OXO Stainless Steel Ladle on three different viscosities from thin to thickest: chai tea, celery soup and barbacoa beef. The cup size made it convenient to serve an adequate amount with one single swoop. There is something to the design of the cup itself where it seems dripless as if does not run a mess on the bottom. This was my experience with the other viscosity items. The beaker sides makes pouring clean and easy. It made pouring tea a breeze as it did for celery soup which comes in handy when there is fear of hot liquids. DESIGN - the long handle made it safe to work with hot liquids. Its heaviness was just enough for control but not so much that it hurt your hand. The rubber handle was comfortable. I can see myself using this ladle in a soup kitchen or any environment where you would be serving multiple meals. CLEAN UP - Cleanup was a breeze. Dishwasher safe and she was good to go! The OXO Stainless Steel Ladle is the only ladle you will ever need. Weather you are pouring punch, soups or a heavy Chili, rest assured your pour will be significant, clean and effortless.
