Limited lifetime warranty replacement.

This a warranty replacement of a corkscrew that no longer worked properly. OXO has very well designed, quality products and they definitely stand behind them. I have always favored OXO over other brands and their commitment to customer satisfaction has made me very glad that I've bought their products in the past and will continue to do so.

Easy peasy corkscrew.

This is well designed and well made. Getting the foil off with the built-in foil cutter is easy and convenient. Opening the bottle is quick and requires minimal effort. The lever action corkscrew penetrates the cork quickly and lifting the lever pulls the cork completely out (unless it’s a very long cork where you will have to wiggle the end of the cork out. ) Repeating the action ejects the cork. The coating on the screw eventually wears off and you have to replace it with the included replacement screw. Very well designed and very well made. Works better than other lever corkscrews.
