Takes One week to Deliver

Cake was delicious. Order in advance if it is a gift.

Failed to receive the item

Item never arrived! I counted on this cake for Christmas and I had no dessert for my guests! I called Macy’s when the item was supposed to be delivered on Dec. 14th. I feel Macy’s had enough time to re-ship the item so that I could get the cake for Christmas Day but Macy’s failed to take care and re-ship the cake for me to receive it by Christmas. What a disappointment that Macy’s failed to correct their error!
