average quality, too short, nice gray-green color

I'm 5'4" & small chested, size chart small, but I ordered medium for a roomier fit. Still it's too short - comes just to my high hip; shows midriff if I lift my arms. 100% cotton I imagine would shrink even more if washed. Also has an odd sleeve puffing out just below shoulders - maybe just a crease from shipping - which I might tolerate if it weren't clearly too short. Cotton is okay, not super soft as other reviewers seemed to think. Feels like average quality. Meh. Returned.

Boat neck Sweater
