Beautiful but weak

My mom had fallen in love with this beautiful feminine scent at the store. So I bought it for her as a mother’s day gift which she loved. However upon lighting it the scent isn’t as strong as it is when it’s cold. The hot throw is equally as weak probably like a 3/10 which is disappointing, but directly smelling the scent is nice! Also hers tunneled quite badly not sure it’s just how she lit it or what 🤷‍♀️
