The charms were fine but the customer service experience was awful. I ordered many charms from Macy's over the past couple of months for Christmas and birthday gifts for three of my relatives. I ordered over $400 worth of charms in three different orders. My first order contained five charms but only three boxes. I needed five boxes so I called Customer service. I was told they could not send me the other boxes and the only way to get the boxes was to cancel three of the first order, wait for the replacement charms and boxes, then return three of the charms but keep the boxes that were sent with that order. I decided that was ridiculous so I decided to keep the replacement order and divide the charms amongst my three relatives and try to put two charms in each additional very small boxes. That was a September 2025 time frame. I placed another order in October and received three more charms but to my dissatisfaction, only one very tiny box was included. I need the boxes and can't believe that a reputable store like Macy's is so cheap and was not helpful at all in resolving this. I just wanted what I should have been entitled to have. The three orders I am referencing is 4640415790, 4640415790 (was the same order as first but it's the one I was supposed to replace but I decided to keep them), and 4654093525. Can't someone just please send me the boxes???
