The package was not deliverd!!

I received an email from Macy's notifying me regarding delivery of the package with the Pandora bracelet. However, there was no package delivered either in my doorstep or in my mailbox.

THE SHIPPING THEY PROMISE3-6 DAYS IS A LIE!!!!

I placed my order On 12/16 or 12/17, It is XMas Eve Right now as I am typing this and I was told that it would get here by 12/25. There is No Tracking on my package since 12/19 and last I checked it was in Vegas for whatever Reason! Now I have been told that I will receive my package on JANUARY 2, 2026, OVER 2WkS LateR!!!!!! If I had known this then I wouldn’t have ordered from them AT ALL! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!

Lovely little charm

If you're big on family, this charm is for you. I asked the sales rep to show me family charms and when I saw this, I immediately wanted it. It's lovely and definitely depicts a family tree.

Charm

The charm is a beautiful addition to my 4-bracelet multi-charm collection, but there is nothing about any part of it that glows in the dark...at all. Color me confused??
