Wrong size

I ordered a 7.1 inch bracelet and they sent me 7.5 inch one TWICE! I could tell they sent me the wrong size right away because I have the same bracelet I meant to replace due to self-inflicted damage. Very disappointed with the shipping service. After placing two separate orders and reaching out to Macys customer service multiple times, I now have no new bracelet.
