Sent a used one

This is my first time buying from pandora I was very excited i have been wanting these bracelets for the longest time and finally was able to purchase them the are very beautiful! BUT the bracelets I ordered look very much used like I was sent both items used they are scratched and a bit dirty one of them is hard to get pictures of but I can tell they were not new
