Crappy sales and customer service

I placed an order for 5 charms was sent only 4 but was charged for 5. I phoned customer service and they told me they would send me the missing charm but instead gave me a credit! The charms did not come in individual boxes but came all together in one pandora box. Horrible experience! I will go back to Reed’s Jewelry Store in the future. Macy’s should stick to hosting parades!
