Not received

I placed my order a week ago and I was under the impression to advertising that I would get my Item before Mother's Day. It appears that my package was stolen during shipping per the tracking information. "All merchandise is missing and the empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender" What happens now? The info still says it is on the way. but will the box be empty again? Just awful! No one From Macy's has contacted me. I am just waiting in limbo. Not sure if items will be here in time for Mothers Day this Sunday. Not sure if items were stolen at UPS or if the box ever had anything in it in the first place. This customer is not pleased. I am only putting one star because it prompts me to rate.
