Not the best customer service experience

I was at the actual Pandora store picking up charms and I asked the associate if she could check and see if another store had a charm they didn’t have. She called the store in Macys which was prefect I was already in the mall plus they were going to hold it. I went to Macys found the Pandora kiosk. Walked up to the kiosk and let them know I was getting the charm that was being held. They were already having a conversation before I walked up. Throughout my whole transaction they continued with that conversation as if I wasn’t standing there. All I’m saying is at least pay attention to your customers when you’re helping them.
