Disappointing online order results !

Not only did I not receive the Pandora charm that I had ordered , I also did not receive a leather backpack that was part of the same order. However, I DID receive a polyester dress that I had never ordered ! I've never had an order screwed up on such a large scale ! Disappointing, but had a positive experience on the phone with a Macy's representative who was very helpful and credited my card for the backpack and arranged to have a return label emailed to me so that I can send the dress back. I may just go to a nearby Macy's retail store as it might be the easiest way to deal with the remaining issues !

Pretty bead

I'm not a big Pandora fan, but I received a bracelet about a year ago that had one bead on it. I then purchased another item at Christmas and then thought the bracelet looked kind of bare, so when I saw these pretty things, I decided to purchase them. They complement what I already have.
