Odd fit

I ordered this in 2 different sizes but neither fit properly. The medium was too big and the small would have fit except for the waistband is not very stretchy and digs into my sides. Not at all the look for when you want to feel sexy in a lingerie set. Such a shame because the matching bras and the design are beautiful.
