Fantastic flowing gown

Loved this dress. The high neck and back are super flattering and the waist gap sits perfect above the hips before a full flowing skirt. I’m 5’4” and wore 3” heels. Could have hemmed an inch off just to avoid stepping on the skirt a few times walking up stairs, but otherwise got well.
