    • An array of iconic shades and textures invite endless experimentation, letting you define and shape any look you desire, ranging from fine lines and avant-garde graphics to a precise base for smokey eyes.
    • WHAT IT DOES:
    • Glides on seamlessly while providing plenty of playtime to smudge and blend before setting like a liquid liner for up to 8 hours
    • SKIN TYPES:
    • For all skin types
    • HOW TO USE:
    • For a winged liner, start at the inner corner of your upper lash line. Draw a line extending outward and slightly upward toward the end of your eyebrow.
    • Fill in the outline to create a solid wing. For a smoky eye, apply a thick line across your upper eyelid. Smudge the edges using your finger or a brush.
    • Press desired pigment onto the blackened lid and diffuse the color into the contour of the eye. Glide the liner along the lower lid and blend the color using your fingertip.
    • For a messy look, glide the pencil along the lower lash line. Squint your eyes together to transfer the liner to the top lash line.
    • Repeat until the desired level of definition is achieved. Use your finger to smudge the liner along the bottom lash line.

Smooth and Pigmented

I love this liner. It glides on really well and has enough play time before it dries down to allow you to smudge it out well. I love how pigmented it is so you don't have to go over the same area multiple times.
