Beware

The cushions are supposed to be navy blue and they are green/aqua. They are a nightmare to return. Second party vendor not Macys. We didn’t know the color until we had one of the loungers all put together.

Delivery not as stated

Very disappointed in the process of this delivery. Received emails that my purchase was out for delivery a day in a half before it actually got delivered. Made arrangements for a family member to be at my house and never showed. I’ve had this problem with Macy’s multiple times receiving emails that delivery’s are to be delivered on a specific day and out for delivery, doesn’t show till a day or two later.

Patio Chaise Lounge disappointment

These are very small, they barely fit an adult! Would return them but we already assembled them and cannot get back in the box.
