Love this wallet

I just got this Patricia Nash wallet in the mail today and I love it! Beautifully made. No problems. It wasn't in a box just put in a bag when I received it in the mail.

It is a PROBLEM !

Item looks to have been previously returned to Macys by another customer. For a wallet of this quality it came in a yellow mailer...no box... wallet zipper was stuck closed and when I was finally able to wiggle loose..saw the problem was a damaged zipper. Outside of wallet at crease was rough and seemed to be cracking. I wanted to return but with Covid 19 and wondering if I returned it would I again get a SECONDHAND wallet. Been waiting for this particular wallet to go on sale...ordered it ...waited and waited and now these problems.
