defective leather

I have always bought Patricia Nash and this is possibly my 10ty purse. when I got the purse I really did inspect the quality ; because I had not have any problem with the leather . I used it once and since Covid never had the chance to use it again till today. I noticed a hardened bulged area on the right side facing the zipper. Unfortunately I called on line and they said the merchandise cannot be returned after 90 days. Looks like i am stuck with a defect .

a casual bag

my first PNash bag, I consider it a just causal bag, no way it could be a dressy one, due to the type of craft (and stiff) leather around the zipper area and handles area, big stiches also. I got the green-blue-coral small flowers which is beautiful pattern for casual dress. It is a medium size tote. Also the top handles are small to keep on the shoulders, and the shoulder strap is too thin, so if you load the bag, it hurts the shoulder. Just another bag, I prefer any of my MKors, Coach and Dooney bags, they are much better. I keep it for casual days and because I got a deal on the sale. Well made and light weight. It is smaller when you load it because the zipper area takes a lot of room on the bag.

Not bad at all, but it can be perfect

if you like the print, go for it. for me, this bag is missing the eye catching tassel detail to make it look perfect
