This is why Macys will eventually die

I ordered this cute little purse for my mom for Xmas. It was to be delivered 12/19. I get notification it was delayed but no new time estimate. I finally go to the tracking company website directly. My order sustained damage, was destroyed and shipper was waiting for further instructions from Macys. I gave it a day or two, no change in status. I contact Macys online. Their automated system was super unhelpful. First it looked like they would reship it and it was going to be on time. It gives me the tracking number - it is the same as the original. I try to do followup questions and the system starts over. This time it tells me to keep the order (which I never got) & they will reship another. It arrived 2 days after Xmas. Bravo! SMH It was tightly packed in a bag. Should have came in a box or at least not tight. The purse’s front flap was smooshed and now it lays crooked. How dumb. Idiots

I received this purse as a gift (it was on my wish list). I got it in the pretty floral design. This is a little purse, little smaller than I thought — won’t hold my phone which measures exactly 7” with the case. It does hold my husbands iPhone easily, perfectly. Purse holds my little wallet and keys just like I hoped. Two outside pockets, one open for quick access, one with a closure. This is a very pretty and stylish mini crossbody purse.

Arrived with anti theft device still attached

So far looks nice however have not been able to use it as the purse arrived with the anti theft device still attached and I need to go to a store and have it removed. Very disappointed in this lack of oversight of such a basic thing that creates such drama as I now have to go into a store and explain that I did not steal the purse and that it arrived that way…
