Buy Patricia Nash directly Macys.com is a scam

I have only had TERRIBLE experiences purchasing items on macys.com. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON MACYS.COM. If you are lucky enough to actually manage to receive your purchase shipping will be delayed for months. They reroute your shipment without notification and you incur a fee if you try to correct it. The customer service reps will have different reason/story each time you call to inquire. Refunds are not issued in a timely fashion either. To try and “make it up to the customer” they email EXPIRED promotional (coupon) codes. Just beyond disgusted by my treatment by Macys.com

Very dissapointed as instead of getting the Patricia Nash Sofia Medium Kisslock Crossbody Bag, i received a Patricia Nash handbag hanger. How does this even happen. I was able to return it but really wanted the Navy crossbody bag which was no longer in stock.

The KissLock is a toss up

The cognac leather is gorgeous. The Kiss-lock is substantial but mine doesn’t stay locked. Very important I’d say… I even reached out to Customer Svc., & they thought they should tell me to not over stuff my purse. Really?? Well, It’s not working properly when empty! That’s a chunk of change for not being able to put a P. Nash wallet in it. So insulting. Offered nothing more than additional blabber about the purse contents & not the viability of the hardware. Thought you should know.

Patrica Nash Sofia bag

I recently purchased this bag and mainly use as a crossbody. Unfortunately I had to return it because the strap was way too thin and with weight in the bag it digs into the shoulder. Also the clasp for the crossbody strap didn’t seem to able to handle weight for an extended period of time.

Pretty bag wi the some engineering concerns.

I love the style…very old school and a beautiful navy leather. The clasp is pretty and functional. My problem is with the strap. There is no carry strap other than the crossbody strap…my fault, the picture looked like there were both, but I didn’t confirm that. My biggest concern is the way the strap attaches to the bag…very small grommets holding the strap loops inside the bag on opposite sides. The strap gets caught in the bag so it can’t be closed, the grommets look like they may come out if I’m not extremely careful, and it’s just an awkward size for a crossbody. This bag would be perfect with a carry strap that was attached in a more sensible way.
