Pretty bag wi the some engineering concerns.

I love the style…very old school and a beautiful navy leather. The clasp is pretty and functional. My problem is with the strap. There is no carry strap other than the crossbody strap…my fault, the picture looked like there were both, but I didn’t confirm that. My biggest concern is the way the strap attaches to the bag…very small grommets holding the strap loops inside the bag on opposite sides. The strap gets caught in the bag so it can’t be closed, the grommets look like they may come out if I’m not extremely careful, and it’s just an awkward size for a crossbody. This bag would be perfect with a carry strap that was attached in a more sensible way.

Nice Handbag

This handbag is quite nice enough. However, the very skinny crossbody strap that came with it does not stay clipped to the attached ringlets. I worn it with the strap, only to have my bag fall to the floor because the crossbody strap came loose. I had to use it as a clutch. Would be nice if the strap was wider, and the hardware/clasps were of better/stronger quality.

I wanted to love it!

I am so disappointed because the purse will open randomly while walking. The placement of the strap causes this problem. Has the straps been on the side I don't think this would happen. Other than that it's the perfect size and the style is super cute

She’s a beauty!

This is a Beautiful bag. Although I really love the idea of the “extra large” bag, I don’t think I could ever fill it, I went with the medium. The oxblood color is beautiful and I love the flower design of the kiss lock. My only complaint is that my bag was shipped without the detachable strap. The oxblood bag is sold out for now, so I am not able to receive a strap or make an exchange. Macy’s did offer me a price adjustment due to the missing strap.

Cheap strap hooks!

I absolutely love the shape and style of the bag and it holds a lot. What I don’t like is the cheap hooks inside the purse that the clasps of the strap clip on. So cheap and I’m nervous that they’re going to break. This was a very expensive purse for such neglect on the hooks!!

Not cute

The bag is ok I initially thought it was very cute vintage looking but the short straps ruined it . If it had a double handle would have been lot cuter . This bag will be returned
