Incorrect Dimensions

It is a lovely bag, beautiful and well made, but it is absolutely not 19W x 12H x 8D. It is much closer to 16W x 10H x 4W, and does not fit a 13inch laptop which is what I purchased it for.

The size of the tote bag is incorrect.

This tote bag is my fifth one from this brand. I have always been impressed with the design and material. While this tote bag is well-designed and made from beautiful material, the size is not accurate. The dimensions listed in the description are 19" W x 12" H x 8" D. However, what I received shows that the top part of the bag, which is wider, measures 16" in width and 10" in height instead of the stated 12", plus the depth is also 5" instead of 8". Either the size I received is incorrect, or the dimensions listed in the description are wrong.

Love Love Love

I have a tote bag very much like this one already but didn’t have the outside pockets which I really find convenient. I also love the floral pattern. This bag is just the right size, not too small or too large to hold everything I need.

Disappointment

I am returning this tote. It's described as extra large and that is what I wanted, but this bag is even too small for a medium. Maybe you all made a mistake and sent me the wrong size, because there is no way that this could be an extra large bag. Very disappointed.
