Disappointed

I was excited about this purchase, but was soon disappointed when the zipper stopped properly working.

Perfect

I received this bag in gorgeous ruby red last week from QVC. It’s perfection! Just the right size for me with excellent organization. I do have one request for Patricia Nash: Please make the crossbody straps a little wider so the bag weight is more evenly distributed over the shoulder.
