does not fit laptop

Backpack does not fit laptop in zippered compartment within the outlined dimensions. I purchased the backpack, matching wallet and wristlet. Frustrated as I was excited to carry my back pack for the laptop as I travel and take the train. Now, I have to use a different backpack from a different company. If you don’t need to take a laptop, It’s a nice bag.

Overall cute but needs some work.

Bag is really cute but, the color of the back and sides does not match the woven front, also once full the bag seems to take on an odd shape and the steps could be wider otherwise I like it.
