Fell apart first time I wore it.

Wore it once and the locket fell right off. I tried to get a replacement but was told it wasn’t in stock. They did send a different one but I really liked the locket.

Not what I expected

I ordered the one pictured--silver with gold center. I got the gold with silver center. Then when I pulled it out of the container, I realized it's much bigger than I had anticipated. Much. The medallion is quite large and much fuller than expected. The chain is large. I would have preferred a scaled down version by perhaps 25% or more. It's just big.

Chain different color gold...

This piece is very beautiful - even more so in person! The only reason for 4 Stars is my chain is a different color gold than that of the locket - clashes a little. The locket - GREAT, the chain - not so much.

Old world charm!

I ordered this vintage looking necklace after seeing it at Macy's. I got the silver one and love it! The very large compass makes a big statement on the perfect length chain...and I love that it's a locket! It just adds an extra element of old world charm. Definitely recommend this lovely piece of jewelry!
