Tracking indicates that this item was received on 1/30/26. It has NOT been received and I know no other way to inform Macy's of this fact. HELP!!

Curls for days!!!!

Endless dreamy curls. High five if you sit and talk to your curls and name them while doing your hair? Do you eat twizzlers and have a coffee break in between sections? High five if you do!!!

Wax in the Conditioner

The wax that’s in the conditioner is so very unnecessary. Will cause build up over time. The shampoo was pretty good—no striping of hair. The leave-in is ok. Would buy the entire trio if all products were discounted. Otherwise, these are a pass as I don’t like to use hair products that contain waxes.

Leaked out! TWICE

This is the second time I purchased this product in 2 months time and BOTH bottles of shampoo were open and had leaked out all over the mesh bag and the cardboard cover. Shocked that Macy’s would even ship this out in that condition. I HAD to order a THIRD one (Christmas presents for twins). For the price, better quality is expected.
