Bad batch?

This is harsh, but I absolutely hated this product. I bought this for detangling my son's coily hair, and it actually made it more tangled. Did I get a bad batch or something? I'm baffled that so many gave this a good review. I've been pleased with the other many products I've bought from this line, but this was NOT IT. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with a large bottle.

Slippery

This product definitely helps ease the detangling process for me. It has great slip! I use it with the steamer and have noticed a significant reduction it my hairs shedding levels during detangling and I dont feel like I'm ripping hair out trying to comb through it.
