Love the Products, Hate the Packaging

My hair is juicy and joyful. I use pattern shampoo, conditioner, leave-in, and moisture milk to maintaing my beautiful healthy hair. However, considering the cost of Pattern Beauty Products, the pumps on the produts I order should actually work. Usually, when I buy 2 jumbos with pumps and the moisture milk, only 1 of the pumps will work. This time around none of them worked. I tried using the one working pump from my last order but it broke. I'm at my wits end with it. Dear Pattern Beauty, your pumps are worth less.
