This is a REFILL green part not included

Wish that the product was labeled as a refill lipstick instead of lipstick. I assumed there would be a green case and there isn’t, it is just a clear lid on top of a glitter chapstick in the shape of a cat. I didn’t read the entire description to see the part about it being a refill and was surprised/very disappointed to find that this was only a refill lipstick when it arrived.
