Good Product, Packaging Needs To Be Better

This is a good product but product packaging needs to be better. There was a bit of a leak during shipping (which is not unusual for such fluids), fortuntely, no harm done or significant loss; however, the bottles themselves are relatively soft and the caps harsh during actual use. This is a relatively expensive line of products, so one doesn't expect to run into such a problem. Manufacturer ought to reevaluate packaging materials.

I see this product in many salons. It is a go to brand for the salons. I mix up my shampoos all the time. I like the way it smells.
