Horrible!

After a few uses I’m experiencing the WORST HAIR FALL OUT! My hair is literally coming off in bunches in the shower, brushing is impossible without strands and strands coming off

Great shampoo

This is a very good shampoo that feels like it is really "deep cleaning". Nice tingle to the scalp. Great at removing hair product build up, while still being gentle to your hair. Macy's price was better than my local salon. Good purchase.

Did they change the scent?

I have been buying this off and on for years. When I got it this time the smell was awful!!!!! Not sure if they changed the ingredients, but it was strong aroma.
