Received Damaged Toy

We received this pinball machine and it had clearly already been used. The box was torn up and the game itself has cracks, fingerprints, peeled stickers, etc. Unacceptable. We did not pay for a USED game.

Nice Game for a young child, but will it hold up

It's a Christmas gift but I tried it to make sure it worked. It did not have an on/off switch and I had to start it via a small opening in the back. Not sure if it's that the way it should work as the instructions are pictures and not very intuitive. Giving it 4 stars because it did work and mimic'd a pinball machine, but not sure how long it will last.
