Damaged T-Shirt

T-shirt was cute, brightly colored, folded and packaged in a clear plastic bag. I left the shirt in the plastic bag and wrapped it as a birthday gift. I was so embarrassed at the party, because when the shirt was opened it had two burn holes on the shoulder of the shirt! Missed return date due to the birthday gift being opened after the last day to return the item. I wish there was a way to include a photo of the damaged t-shirt.
