Delayed

Ordered on December 4 for Christmas party gift on December 13.. received notification that there is a shipping delay and to expect delivery on December 18,.. as of today December 16, the item is still sitting in same status dated December 8th out in CA! I had to go out and purchase another jacket for the party gift and will now have to return the Macy’s jacket whenever it actually arrives! Big inconvenience!!

Shipping

Thus far, the shipping is simply horrible. The item was purchased on 08/30/2024. I received a tracking number which I am unable to track. It stated I would receive the item by yesterday and now, the item hasn't been received by the logistics company and has "not been scanned." I have no method to track this item, and I need it by this weekend. Simply horrible service.
