A rolled up-mattress delivered.

When I read Coil Innerspring, I expected a standard high-quality mattress. I was shocked to find a very heavy vertical box delivered. The idea of a high-quality, expensive mattress being rolled up into a dense long package is very disappointing. The failure of UPS to carry it up to the bedroom and remove the old mattress was also poor delivery service. No more Macy's trucks to be seen. Service was more honest and complete then.
