Good down, poor stitching.
The pillow is a very soft down piece, but the craftsmanship, specifically the stitching, is poor. After less than a week of use, one of the seems split and the pillow, is shedding its inner filling.
Recommend to everyone .

A very soft and comfortable body pillow. However, within days of receiving it, the seam stitches have come loose.

Macy's Can Do Better
The pillow is very soft, it appears to lack enough filling. Now the rating is low because the packing from Macy's was horrible. It is clear tape was used on 1 side of the box only. The other side was taped to the plastic surrounding the pillow. UPS of course used the open side of box as a handle. Macy's needs to do better.

Not quite a Momma Bear
I like soft pillows, but need a specific firmness for a body pillow. And this one’s just a little too soft. I would use it as an head pillow and not a body pillow. I also feel like it might not hold up. Did I just buy an expensive Walmart pillow?
